Public, academic and special libraries are included. It contains information about where to find 1 billion books, journals, theses and dissertations, musical scores, computer files, CDs, DVDs and other items. It is part of the FirstSearch family of databases to which Dominican subscribes. Use WorldCat when you cannot find a book in I-Share. Books that you find in WorldCat can be obtained through interlibrary loan. Videos, CDs, DVDs and other media may not be requested through interlibrary loan.
